Students will be taught how to write a complete QA Program to attain The National Board R-Stamp. The class will detail the following, at a minimum: Authorized Inspector (or State Inspector where applicable) Is it a Repair or an Alteration? Procedure Qualification Record - (PQR) Welding Procedure Specification - (WPS) Welder(s) and/or Welding Operator(s) - (WPQ). Design & Calculations Drawings NDE/NDT Procedures per ASME Section V NDE/NDT Reports NDE/NDT Personnel's Certification NDE/NDT internal certification program (i.e., SNT-TC-1A) R-Forms NB Log Students will then undergo a hands-on clinic to learn how to properly write and assemble each section of the QC Manual needed to prepare a company for audits to obtain their R-Stamp. The hands-on portion will involve the instructor presenting the information needed and students will write and prepare the program for auditing by the instructor. Students who complete the 80-hour class will receive a QWC Services Certification for creating an R-Stamp QA Program. ** Pricing Starts at $13,200 per person.
